Tara Phillips created this site in 2009, as a place for emerging SF Bay area writers to network, share their work, and enjoy the work of their peers.
Writers by the Bay is looking for all genres and all levels of experience. All writing must be the author’s original work, and writers should submit reasonably edited drafts, using basic punctuation and spelling guidelines. Other than that, no rules!
